From 1985 to 1986 she got a role in the evening drama Falcon Crest. Apollonia had the opportunity to release her debut album in the year 1988. Unfortunately, it didn't leave a lasting impression with music fans and was soon obliterated from the spotlight. She stayed active, if she wasn't in the spotlight as an actor during the decade following with small roles in television and films. Even an exercise DVD came out. Apollonia published a Spanish/English CD named Stay With Me in 1997. Later on, following returning to school and receiving the degree of filmmaking, she started her own production company.
